  5. Avoid Hot Water: While it's important to clean your aligners, avoid using hot water as it can distort the shape of the plastic. Lukewarm water is sufficient for rinsing and cleaning.
  6. Carry your Aligner Case: Keep your aligners safe and secure, when they are not in use, with your lightweight aligner case which includes a built-in mirror.   7. Avoid Smoking with Aligners In: Smoking can damage LUMILIGNER clear aligners. It's advisable to remove you aligners before smoking.
